Aug 21, 2015 2:14 PM in response to Tom Wolskyby Adam Berch,Hi,
Yes it happens on all transitions and effects. If I trash preferences, will that delete all of my keyboard shortcuts? (I made a customized keyboard)
Thanks

Aug 21, 2015 2:46 PM in response to Tom Wolskyby Adam Berch,Ok I trashed Preferences, Repaired Disk Permissions and it's still doing the same thing.
I do have both Final Cut Studio 3 (LiveType, DVD Studio Pro, Soundtrack, Old Version of Compressor and of course FCP 7) as well as FCP X, New Compressor and Motion 5.2.1 all on the same computer.
Thanks

Aug 21, 2015 4:16 PM in response to Adam Berchby Adam Berch,Ok, I created a new user and opened up FCP X. It worked. Motion opened up.
Why won't it open up with my regular account?
Is there a setting I'm missing?
Thanks.

Aug 21, 2015 4:26 PM in response to Adam Berchby Tom Wolsky,MMore likely a conflict with something in your user account. Maybe related to the legacy version of Motion if it wasn't uninstalled fully.

Thanks for your support.

Sep 28, 2016 8:19 AM in response to David Bogie Chq-1by ClaireWhitt,Thanks for picking this up.
It's fine in another user, installed and reinstalled both anyway, trashing preferences and no luck - still can't copy any titles to Motion. Do I need to change my preferences in System Preferences? I'm on El Capitan 10.11.6. I don't know what I should be changing.
