Q: Can't sign in to iTunes on PC
Does anyone have any idea what to do about error message code 0x80090318 on iTunes? It says to check my internet access, which I know is fine. I found advice online to type netsh winsock reset in the command prompt, as this helped loads of people with the same error message, but it didn't work for me. Any ideas anyone? Thanks

Finally sorted this out! If anyone else has this problem, look here - If you see error 0x80090318 when you try to open the iTunes Store - Apple Support
My problem turned out to be AVG Family Safety installed on my PC - not running/monitoring, just sitting there for me to login to the monitoring section. As soon as I uninstalled it, I could login to iTunes again
