How can I get rid of a dummy account a friend created on my iPhone
A friend created a dummy account on my iPhone 5s and forgot the password, so now I can't sign in with my account and backup my information. Please I need urgent help.

What do you mean created a dummy account? Are you saying they created this account in iCloud, and your device is locked on that account? Is this an iCloud account? If so, this is going to cause you a great deal of discomfort. Without the password, you will not be able to disabled iCloud, and you cannot go to the iCloud website to remove the device from the iCloud account if you cannot remember the iCloud password. If restoring the device won't work, you will have to take the device to a physical Apple store for assistance. You will need to provide proof of purchase. Without that, the device becomes useless.
