Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that an application or multiple applications on your iPhone are not opening as expected. If the apps that are not opening were installed from the App Store, I would suggest working through the suggested steps in the attached article to begin troubleshooting.
If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open - Apple Support
