Aug 21, 2015 11:27 PM in response to Nleatonby gail from maine,Sorry - but the requirement is that the cellular phone number you have for your iPad needs to have a text messaging plan. If you think it should have the same Text Messaging plan that your iPhone has, and you are not seeing the option, contact your carrier. The option are controlled by the type of plan you have with your carrier.
