Q: facebook calibration

I understand that while using Facebook on your iPad, your touch is recognized lower on the display than where you actually touched. I have a few different suggestions for troubleshooting for this situation. 

First, I would like to try to isolate the actual display on your iPad and how it recognized your touch. If this issue is only happening in the Facebook application, it doesn’t appear to be a display issue on the iPad, but I would still like you to follow the outlined steps in the attached article to begin the troubleshooting process.

Fix your touchscreen

Make sure your hands are clean and dry, then try these steps:

1. If you have a case or screen protector on your device, try removing it.
2. Clean the screen with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
3. Unplug your device.
4. Restart your device. If you can't restart, force your device to restart.

If after a restart the issue continues, the next step I would like you to complete would be to completely quit the Facebook application using the steps located in the next attached article. After quitting Facebook, open it fresh and test again.
