Q: Not sure if I can up load from photos to iCloud and they sort into the same albums per my mac

Im frustrated with super slow upload that iCloud from the photos in photos on my mac. I noted I can upload ex iCloud online but I was wondering if albums in my mac will sort photo's back to those albums. I can see albums in iCloud but no photos after 6 months.
