Yikes! can't get zoom off screen, zoom is preventing me to unlock screen, 2-3 finger swipes does nothing

Double-tap the screen with 3 fingers to reduce zoom, or you can use 3 fingers on the screen to move the screen around to access the passcode area. You can also double-tap with 3 fingers and leaving your fingers on the screen drag to reduce the zoom percentage. The last thing is to triple-tap the home button.

With voiceover, you need to tap everything twice and use 3 fingers to scroll. settings> general> accessibility> turun voiceover and zoom off.

You need to connect your device to iTunes and disable Accessibility. Then determine if there are any disability functions that you want to work or not. If not, then adjust them from iTunes. I would say that you have an Accessibility shortcut assigned to the triple-click I mentioned earlier as well. I'm not sure what the default one is, but you can turn that off as well.
