Q: iphone 6 cant get a signal when i record a video
Hi
my name is Thành Quách. i come from vietnam. my mom bought a phone when she travelled at Canada. and now the phone have an error about the camera. when i record the video with front camera it cant get a voice. i cant hear any sound on it. please help me and show me the better way to warranty my phone.

Hey there Thành,
If I understand correctly you are recording a video on your phones front facing camera you do not get any audio in the recording. If that is the case, I would use the troubleshooting in the following article to help troubleshoot the microphone(s) on your phone:
If your voice is too faint or sounds unclear using iPhone, or iPod touch
