Icloud Activation Lock is Still Asking!!

Hi, My IPod 5 is still asking for the icloud activation even I had removed from my account that is emmjia****@icloud.com. Plz, i updated from IOS 7 to IOS 8.4 and i don't know what should i do. I had Jailbroken in IOS 7 and I think it may because of I didn't remove the jailbreak and the cydia app call ipassword which i locked it to my setting app and i didn't disable that and i updated it. Plz Help!
