It wasn't a yes or no question. Passbook (now Wallet) is a system app that can hold credit/debit cards for use with some retail systems, airlines, etc. Are you saying you bought an iTunes Gift Card and added it to wallet or redeemed it on iTunes?
No, i was in the iTunes store and I was given the option to add iTunes to my Passbook. The passbook balance is $0.00 and I wanted to add funds to the iTunes account.
I know you can add an iTunes Gift Card to passbook but I have no idea what you are referring to. You should contact the iTunes Store.
