It sounds like you have multiple iTunes Store accounts you are wanting to merge purchases with. According to the FAQ here you cannot merge Apple IDs:
Frequently asked questions about Apple ID
Can I merge multiple Apple IDs into one?
Apple IDs can't be merged. We recommend that you use the same Apple ID in the iTunes Store and iCloud. Using multiple Apple IDs might be confusing and might cause issues with accessing purchased content or using some services.
If you need more than one Apple ID, you can still access your purchased items (such as music, movies, or software) using your other Apple IDs. Learn how to use multiple Apple IDs with iTunes and iCloud.
What you would need to do to get all of your content from all the accounts into your library is to sign into each account one by one, authorize your computer, and then download your previous purchases.
1. To sign into the iTunes Store click Store at the top in the Menu Bar and click Sign In. In Windows it is hidden by default so you can use this article to either show it temporarily or enable it permanently:
Turn on iTunes menus in Windows 7 or later
2. Authorize your computer for the account:

3. Download your previous purchases with this article:
Download past purchases from iTunes
4. Sign out in the same place you signed in with Step 1, and repeat the process for each ID that you have content you would like to download.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
