Using EXFAT Partition for use with Dropbox

Hello everyone.

I have a 256GB MacBook Air, and I have one partition for Mac and other for Windows, but I need to share files between the two partitions, I was thinking In making one EXFAT partition to sync with Dropbox and to be used between the two O.S..

What do you think? this will be a good idea?

Why not just install Dropbox on both partitions? Then you wouldn't need another partition.
