Imac G5 resetting admin password without CD

Hi, recently just fixed our old Imac G5 PCC 2.0 ghz that had been sitting around for a few years.. while i logged on i couldn't remember any of the passwords for the accounts, is there any way to reset them? my optical drive is busted so i can't install anything from CD :/

You can get a Firewire external DVD drive from http://www.macsales.com/ That will enable you to use the CD.

You can use the Terminal to change the password, but I would make sure your Mac is not hooked up to any internet connection before doing so:
