Automator runs actions on file before Airdrop is finished copying.

I have an Automator process running - Folder Action Receives Files & Folders added to Downloads -> Filter Finder Items (Movies) and Move Files to New Folder.

So that when I Airdrop a movie from my phone to the iMac, it knows to move it to this other folder. But the Automator runs BEFORE the Airdrop is finished, so I'm left with a corrupted/locked file in the new folder, and the original Airdropped File in the Downloads folder. What am I doing wrong with the Automator, or is there a better way to accomplish this?

Mac Pro (Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
