It sounds like you have to enter your password every time you open iTunes on your PC. I have an article here that should help you figure out why that's happening and fix it. Check it out here:

When I start up iTunes it often (though not every time) asks me to accept the license agreement, then I have to log in to iTunes and have to set all of my preferences - until it happens the next time.
I have the same behaviour on two PCs.
Running Windows 10, 64 bit. iTunes 12.2.2.25. McAfee AV.
