I located the instruction per number on my Bank Statement regarding unauthorized purchase.
I tried to view payment history to compare with my bank statement. Not successful in logging into iTunes.
I just want history on purchases from games, music, etc.
I play games on my iPhone 6 +, my ipad air
I cannot find the logon for iTunes, please help

You can login to your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > Sign In menu option, and then view your account's purchase history via the Store > View Account menu option :
When not logged into an account 'Sign Out' will show 'Sign In' instead, and 'View Account' will be 'Create Apple id' instead.
On your phone you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com

The same instructions apply here as they did one year ago. You log into your iTunes account and you can see your purchases.
