iBook written by Apple will not open

I downloaded 'Swift 2 Prerelease" written by Apple, on to my iPhone and Macbook and both versions will not open with a prompt explaining "the file is corrupt or of a format not supported by iBooks".

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4
