Quicktime compatability with Windows 10

I'm having a problem with Quicktime not installing on Windows 10. Is there another download or a way to force the install?

I have Windows 10 with QuickTime 7.7.7 which is running fine. But I already had QT on the computer when I installed Windows 10.

So was QT already installed or have you downloaded an installer from Apple and trying to run it and getting that message?
