Hold the sleep/wake and home button until the apple logo appears. Then go to settings>general>reset> reset network settings ( you will need wifi password.) iCloud requires internet, which is probably why you are getting those errors. -AJ

Do you have cellular data turned on? In settings is wifi greyed out? If you have not done a full factory restore, do that, but I have a feeling this is a hardware issue and recommend making a Genius Bar appointment.

My issue is similar, but not exactly the same. My phone is working fine, except that it won't take my icloud password, so it won't back up. It connects to the internet via cellular and to my home wi-fi just fine.

It probably relates to the no internet. Are you having issues with cellular data or wifi? What is the exact issue with the internet you are experiencing? -AJ

Can you use safari or other internet apps? The internet not working is not related to iCloud. -AJ

I've also got the same issue as JBTX40.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

I Have the same issue since upgrading to ios9. Can't use FaceTime or iMessage

Update: I was hoping that upgrading to iOS9 would solve the problem. Nope. My phone still won't accept my icloud login. Everything else is working just fine.
