iPod Classic - 80Gb is repeatedly put into recovery mode

Hello,

I recently traded my iPad air for a 6th generation iPod classic with 80 Gb of storage. Recently, I have found that when it dies (completely runs out of battery life) it will put itself into recovery mode. It also does this sometimes without dying on me. I have disconnected it a couple times before it is ready by accident, but I don't know if that has anything to do with this problem or not? Anyways please give me a solution as to how I may fix this problem pls.

Thanks!

See Corrupt iPod classic. If the stats are OK it may be that a DFU restore would help.
