Q: Re: update of photo software and lost e-mail connectivity ... where do we get help removing the update or getting e-mail service back?

How do I get my e-mail working after "loosing" it in the last update of photo software on my Mac?

I have Yosemite operating system.  I have already contacted my service provider and all settings

appear to be correct.  I followed the procedure to look up Mail Settings and they agree with what

is on the computer.  HELP? 

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5), OS 10.10.5

    email works just fine in  PHotos

     

    To downgrade you would have to restore your entire system to the previous OS - probably not a smart thing

     

    Try re-entering (not just checking) all the entries in your account in Mail
