bad keyboard and sleep while writing macbook 12

just returned one space grey macbook12 because of

sticky S and sticky spacebar.

It goes to sleep in the middle of writing letters or writing emails.

Anyone else with these problems?

Apple makes me go to the retail store to address issue.

They take machine and replace it with a new one.

I open new one, won't start.

Charge it a few hours, won't start

Charged it all night, won't start.

Call support and no help.

Any suggestions who to call?

Near Retail store does not have appointment till wednesday Aug 26.

Try call Apple Online Support. They're helpful in assisting you. By the way, I have issue with the keyboard as well, the "~" key, when pressing it, it sounds differently from the rest, felt like something sticky inside. Then I tried to open the key cap with a needle, then I found that there's a layer of black seal surrounding the key, and the left seal has a little hole. It's being poke through I guess, so the seal is the culprit. I try to close back the hole and the key is perfect. But now I've creaking hinge noise when opening and closing the lid and also loosen part shifting inside while tilting the MacBook Retina 12". Did you have these issues other than sticky key??
