Hi guys, I'm using iTools software in my PC. there was a problem when i was connect or click on the real-time desktop that's not work. other options are working. how can i fix it?

It is Sunday. If the company is based in the the Americals or Europe, they may not have many/any people working today, especially if it's a small company.
