Apple iMac 21.5-inch 2015 doesn't have the native CD/DVD reader?

I've seen that Apple killed the native reader but I've to be sure.

There haven't been optical drives in new Macs since 2012, I think. But you can use many external USB optical drives including Apple's USB SuperDrive made specifically for those Macs that do not have optical drives.
