Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
I see from your post that once you enabled Apple Music with iCloud Music Library that you are no longer seeing the content on your iPhone. As a first step in troubleshooting this issue, I suggest going through the steps in the article below to ensure both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID and have iCloud Music Library enabled.
Check your Apple Music library settings - Apple Support
