My Apple TV stopped working.

I updated my Apple TV and immediately it stopped working. It's completely unresponsive and when I plug it into my computer it doesn't show up in iTunes. Is there a way to manually reset it or something?? I've also tried pushing the down button and menu button for 6 seconds and nothing happens.
