Q: How do I delete several smtp servers from the Connection Doctor in Mail?

I would like to delete several smtp servers from the Connection Doctor. They are connected to accounts I no longer have and I keep getting popup notices about not being able to connect.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
