Why does my sound turned distorted after 2/3 minutes of using an audio interface?

I brought a brand new audio interface and started using it with MainStage. Every 3-4 seconds, there is a light click/pop on the output audio. This does not happen when I am not using an interface and just using the computer output. After 2/3 minutes, the sound started to get muffled and distorted, and eventually just gives out and all audio turns to a distorted noise. Here is a video i recorded, it is most evident in the last 5 seconds or so. I tried increasing the buffer size from 128 to 256 and eventually 512, but it still happens.

This sounds like an issue, which can occur, if the input device is different to the output device. Try to select the the FCA 610 as input and output device. If you mix it like internal mic as input device and FCA610 as output device, they might go out of sync and things start to happen.
