Q: Apple watch display is quivering and watch does not consistently respond to my touch

In the last few days, my watch has behaved erratically, including a display that quivers up and down on the screen.  It has also inconsistently responded to my touch.  Any ideas on what might be causing this? Based on other comments in this forum, I am reluctant to do a reset, especially on the hope it will work.
