Aug 24, 2015 4:27 AM in response to kandiebby turingtest2,Do you have Norton AV? If so try temporarily disabling it for long enough to reboot and try again. It seems Norton may sometimes disrupt the connection to the iPod classic. If it isn't that does the device show in Windows Explorer? Have you tried an alternate cable or USB port?
