Hello
Can anyone help me troubleshoot a problem i have been having with my Cinema HD 30"?
When my Cinema is connected to my Mac Pro 6 (OS 10.10.5) when it is turned on the screen doesn't turn on, it goes black after a short period of time. Once turned on the apple logo and loading bar appears however it is doubled up on the screen. After a few seconds the screen goes black. However the Mac Pro 6 is still turned on and the screens power light is still on. So i check all of the cables and usb ports and they are all functioning properly. So i tried my screen on my Mac Mini late 2012 and the screen functions properly.Has anyone come across this problem and know the fix? Any help would be much appreciated.
