I want to cancel the apple music + iTunes Match subscription right now, because i have moved to a different country, but i cannot change my country until & unless i have an active "Apple Music" & "iTunes Match" connection !!

Canceling a subscription is typically not immediate (and I believe that includes the trial subscription). Contact iTunes support: https://getsupport.apple.com/Issues.action

I am into a big trouble now !!
As soon as i turned off itunes match, all my playlists became empty !!
*** am i suppose to do now..
My whole library is nothing without my playlists !!!!!!!!

You will need to recreate them, or it they are in iTunes on the computer to which you sync, re-sync (including the tracks that should be in them).
