iOS 8.4.1: No Apple Music + Downloading Apps

RebootIng your iPhone shoud fix this problem temporarly. It will properly return and you must reboot again.

I have the exact same problems. Even tried with a reset of the phone (from backup), but still doesn't work.

One other thing is that Apple Music sometimes asks for what type of account I want, but I've already chosen the family option. Really frustrating. First time ever I have major problems with an Apple software update.

Please fix this, Apple!

I have the same problem. After reboot itunes store works for a few hours, and then comes the same white screen, and settings doesn't open. Apple music plays only offline songs, icloud can't create backup!

Yep, same here. Seem to be connected to the app store, this problem. Irritating anyhow, and let us hope for a fix very soon.

I Have this problem in iPhone 6 Plus & iPad Air

I also have the exact same problem on my iPhone 5S. I went into the apple store today and the employee recommended i restore the phone and once doing that I still had to exact same problem. Restarting the phone does seem to fix the problem for a little while.

I have the iPhone 6 and I am having the same problems with Apple Music and the App Store. It is very frustrating. They only work if I restart my phone, but the problems eventually come back.

got the same issue on iphone 6. rebooting might help me play 5-10 songs, then its the same all over again. as for the app store issue, rebooting doesn't work at all. i also noticed, performance issues in safari and that mail won't open any links... not sure wheter this is related

Exact same problem on iPhone 6 and iOS 8.4.1. Reboot help me for few minutes and then the problem reappears.

I am having the exact same issues with iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Air 2. I cannot listen/stream music, download apps, open links in email, etc. My devices are rendered (for my purposes) useless. I am seriously considering leaving the Apple environment - when it works its beautiful, but unfortunately this type of unmitigated dysfunction is becoming more of the norm.

On solution that seems to work (for me): I deleted all entries from iCloud-keychain on my Mac and rebooted all devices. Since two days everything works without problems.

Warning: ensure you know all saved passcodes, etc.

Make a backup of all entries!

My Steps:

- open Keychain-OSX-App

- click on iCloud

- select all entries

- delete

- reboot Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod

I am having this EXACT issue.

Tried deleting iCloud keychain, now the app store finally works. We will see how long that lasts 😉 so far great tip!
