Selecting a marker in playback plays a different part of the song!

Hi guys,

I have a weird one with MainStage 3. I have set up a track in playback and split it across multiple markers. It all works fine if I let the track run through and even if I just click cycle. However for some reason on the last chorus, if I click select on it during playback it plays a completely different part of the track. It's weird because when the track gets there naturally it plays the right part and if I cycle it it's fine as well. It also jumps off the click when I select the last chorus. All of the other parts of the song work fine when selected.

Any thoughts?
