You have been fairly aggressive about adding a lot of extra Utilities to your Mac. while one or two is generally OK, adding a dozen or more may be a problem, as they start to fight with each other. For example, you appear to have preference panes for THREE different Utilities that read NTFS format. ONE is the right number. The rest should go away.
