Q: How do I download/sync photos from iPhone 2 to my iPad Air 2?

MY iPhone 2 is not syncing photos from Photstream to my iPad Air 2. Photos on the iPad go to the phone but not vice versa. Any suggestions pls?

Hi there Dorothy,

From what I gather, there's a My Photo Stream issue that is preventing the photos from appearing the same on all devices. The article below provides a lot of great information about requirements to use My Photo Stream and troubleshooting that will resolve most issues related to the service.

Many thanks Jason.
it appears that as my iPhone 2 has iOS 6.1.6, and Apple web site info says to use photo stream it needs iOS 7 minimum, then I cannot dowload to my iPad.
How else can I download photos to the iPad?
