Can you get the IPOD serial number from purchase history
Niece had IPOD stolen and never recorded serial number.
I logged onto their ITUNES and found purchase history.
Is there a way to find the serial number from this?

Can I find the IPOD serial on a PC that the IPOD was connected to Itunes?
No. The serial numbers are recorded when iOS devices are backed up, but not for iPod classic. If the device was registered in My Support Profile the serial number would be listed there, otherwise the only place would be the packaging.
