My 2 year old had a field day with a black permanent marker all over our keyboard. Have tried, rubbing alcohol, wd-40, dry erase markers, magic eraser and it's done nothing.

I don't have a specific vendor to recommend but the key caps themselves can be replaced fairly inexpensively. They just pop off. Beware that you have to obtain replacements for your exact model MBP – different model MBPs use different key caps and they are not interchangeable.
