Q: Why do I get the following message when I try to setup "Alert Me" with my favorite authors: The iBooks Store is unable to find the author you requested.

Why do I get the following message when I try to setup "Alert Me" with my favorite authors: The iBooks Store is unable to find the author you requested.?  I never get alerted when an author has a new book available.
