How to add folder to browser

I'm new to Motion 5, just learning the basics now. Can anyone help me figure out how to add some specific folders to the upper Browser window for easy access? I know I can dig in and find any folder I want, but it sure would be handy to be able to customize that window with folders of my choice.....

You can't.

For the file browser, the closest you can come is to create aliases of your often used folders. Throw them into your Movies folder and now they're one click away if you click on Movies.

Another thing you can do is drag your often used folders into the Finder's side bar. When you import (cmd+i), the window that pops up will show your favorite folders in the side bar.
