what does it mean when there is no light on the airport express showing?

I have an airport express. We had a storm last night. Our power went out for a few seconds but came back on; however the green light on the airport express is no longer lit up at all. We still have cable and wifi through xfinity, but nothing through my airport express. I have tried unplugging it and also pushing the reset button to no success. Is there anything else I can try?

AirPort Express 802.11n (2nd generation), iOS 8.4.1

You did everything an Apple Store would do. There is no harm in repeating it until you decide to give up.

To "hard reset" an AirPort Base Station: make sure it's powered up, then gently press and hold its tiny reset button. Don't apply any more force than required to feel a tactile click. Keep it depressed for five to ten seconds, long enough for its LED to flash amber rapidly. Release the reset button. Then, the LED will glow amber steadily for about a minute. Then, it will flash amber, slowly, about once every second or two, waiting for you to configure it with AirPort Utility.

To perform a "factory defaults reset": Press and hold its reset button while you plug it in to power, then release it. Having a third hand helps.
