MY KEYBOARD IS STUCK IN ALL CAPS

My wireless keyboard / mouse is continuously getting stuck in all caps. So I switched to a friend's non-wireless plug in keyboard and same thing. Also, when minimizing a window - the window goes in "slow motion" mode much like a ghost image disappearing into the dock box at bottom of screen... haunted iMac?
