After two months, it has probably been salvaged for parts by now.

Aug 24, 2015 3:08 PM in response to hagerhakeimby ChrisJ4203,★HelpfulIf the device is not in iCloud account, or you did not have Find My iPhone turned on, then you will not be able to send a lock request to the device. The device has to appear in your iCloud account for that to happen.
