Tried everything several times.
Tried all Withings setup trouble shooting tips several times.
iPhone still doesn't recognize the device.
The day after I purchased the Withings Pulse, I discovered a known bug - Your iOS device has trouble finding your Withings Pulse 02.
The guys at Best Buy should have been informed. If you buy off the Withings site there is no warning.
