Bluetooth connectivity
For some reason I can't connect to anything via bluetooth. From my bluetooth speaker to
MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
Try resetting the SMC.

I did that and nothing has changed. What do I do now
Is the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar?
In any event, you might also reset the PRAM

Yes it appears on the menu bar.
Ttry turning it off and then back on.

Yes I've done that a few times and nothing has improved.
Rreset the SMC.
