Calendar wants to connect to non-existing google account

Every time I open calendar it asks me for the password to an account that doesn't exist.

I deleted this account from my iPhone, and I deleted it from Google Apps.

It doesn't exist.

Why keeps Calendar asking for me to put in the password for a non-existant account?

What's wrong with Calendar?

How can I make it stop this annoying behavior?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4), 512 Gb SSD, 16 Gb RAM,

Is the account still set up in System Preferences/Internet Accounts (may be called Mail, Contacts & Calendar in Mavericks)?
