after update to Yosemite 10.10.5 My mac dont startup

I update my macbook pro retina 2013 to 10.10.5 and restart it to install update. after restate when i enter my password and press Enter, show progress bar for an hour and i cant log in. i Reset SMC & PRAM but didnt work. please help! i haven't any bake up from 10 days ago.
