touchpad, mouse, usb drive suddenly not working in win7, i messed up bad, is all hope lost?

so long story short, i have my 2013 macbook split with a version of windows, everything was working smoothly till earlier on today

i guess i became a little complacent with the up keeping of my computer per say, and i decided to do a little clean up

upon doing so i accidentally deleted intel 3.0 usb drive, and only realized what i had done after it was too late , little did i know that deleting that file would make my keypad//usb/keyboard virtually useless when using bootcamp. i even attempted to fix it in safemode ,and to no avail it gave me the same issues . ( i am able to boot up windows and even press shift/ft8 before everything tanks)

i feel like the only way to fix this would be to reinstall windows all together, i hope that isn't the case , ay suggestions ?

Your Windows may not recognize any external devices.

1. Use System requirements to install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support to download the appropriate BC drivers for your Mac to a USB.

2. Download Paragon NTFS for Mac Trial to allow read-write access to Windows partition and copy the contents to a known directory on Windows partition that you can access when booted in Windows locally.

3. Boot Camp: Solve Windows support software installation problems and repair BC drivers.
