lost iCloud email address

I mac late 2013 osx 10-10-5 Had to change i.s.p and primary Email address. Set up new apple id with new primary Email but some how lost iCloud email address tried manage my acc with old address a few times But no joy,then the server even suspended my acc for security reasons, no apple shop in this country,any idear"s on how I could get my iCloud email address back would be apprieciated.
